CHiPS is an action film written and directed by Dax Shepard. The film follows Jon Baker and Frank “Ponch” Poncherello of the California Highway Patrol in Los Angeles. Forced to work together despite their divergent history, the inexperienced rookie and hardened veteran develop a checkered friendship while trying to defeat corruption.
